ILA is an independent French language school with a positive and friendly atmosphere, located in the beautiful historic center of Montpellier in the South of France, offering quality French language courses at affordable prices all year round.
Standard course:
- 20 French lessons per week + 2 afternoon cooking classes;
- Minimum stay - one week;
- Maximum stay - 36 weeks;
- Minimum French level - A1.
Armand Layachi – a popular chef
After a long selection process, we chose chef Armand Layachi for our cooking lessons. He is extremely popular in France and has received many distinctions and awards. In 1986 he was included in the ranking of the "100 best chefs in the world". Over 500 people have taken part in his cooking courses over the last 10 years.
Together with the head chef, you will cook main dishes, including all the sauces, side dishes and desserts. The international atmosphere is very cheerful and stimulating to work in. The working language during the course is, of course, French.
You will cook in small working groups. The head chef will assist and guide the whole process.
