Stafford House Study Holidays offers high-quality summer English courses for teenagers. They are held at universities or private schools. The center works with over 20 locations in the UK:
English is taught by qualified teachers who have access to a wide range of materials and follow a curriculum specially developed by the academic team.
What does the Classic Course PLUS program include?
- Course duration of 2-4 weeks
- 20 English lessons per week (15 hours) per week;
- One full-day excursion per week;
- One or two half-day excursions per week;
- A full English study program;
- A full program of on-site activities;
- Sports and other activities (music, drama, arts and crafts)
- Full board in a residence (or with host families - if you choose Brighton, Canterbury or Edinburgh)
In addition to classic English, students can choose one of the following sports to train in:
- Classic Plus Tennis – 8 hours of tennis training per week with an LTA-Associated coach. Location – Malvern. Children aged 10-17.
- Classic Plus Football – 8 hours of training per week with UEFA-accredited coaches. Location – Felsted. Children aged 10-17.
- Classic Plus Golf – 6 hours of training per week with professional PGA-qualified coaches. Location – Oakham. Children aged 10-17.
- Classic Plus Basketball – 6 hours of training per week with qualified coaches. Location – Malvern. Children aged 10-17.
- Classic Plus Horse Riding – 6 hours of training per week with qualified instructors who teach students everything about horses, from riding to looking after the stables. Location – Oakham, Cheltenham. Children aged 9-17.
- Classic Plus Rugby – 10 hours of training per week with the coaches of Hartpury College. Location – Cheltenham. Children aged 9-17.
- Classic Plus Art – 6 hours per week of workshops in different art forms such as drawing, sculpture and photography. Location – Melvern. Children aged 9-17.
Locations:
- Cheltenham Hartpury College is part of the University of West England and is set in the beautiful countryside of the Cotswolds. The college is equipped with impressive sports facilities. It is located near the historic city of Gloucester. The location is ideal for the Arsenal Soccer School. program
- Felsted is a picturesque village located in the countryside near Cambridge. Known for its excellent academic reputation and preserved traditions, the village has a beautiful campus dating back to the Tudor dynasty.
- Malvern, Malvern St James is one of the leading private boarding schools, located in the center of the historic town of Malvern, near Oxford and Bath. The town has been famous for its healing waters for hundreds of years. Visitors can enjoy a traditional British atmosphere and Georgian architecture.
- Oakham is a beautiful market town near Cambridge. Oakham School was founded in 1584 and enjoys an excellent academic and sporting reputation. The building is located right in the center of the town.
