An amazing summer language course that includes lots of travel and interesting facts about the country and its culture. It is suitable for applicants aged 13 to 17 who, in addition to learning English, will have the chance to tour the most interesting places and sights in the country.
Participants will tour London, York, Edinburgh and Cardiff. Qualified guides will introduce them to the history and sights of the cities. While learning the language, participants will also have the chance to experience the different traditions of the British Isles.
The program includes language and academic courses, specialized lessons on the history and development of the UK, organized trips and sightseeing tours. Students have the opportunity to practice what they have learned during the group projects they prepare and present to the others. This teaches them cooperation and teamwork.
The program fee is £995 per week. It includes:
- Welcome and orientation on arrival;
- A one-week language course (15 hours of language tuition) + study materials;
- Excursions and entertainment;
- Study bags, participant card and participant wristband;
- A certificate of participation at the end of the program.
Accommodation is also included in the program price:
- Airport pick-up and transfer;
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner;
- Insurance;
- Laundry;
- Internet.
The only thing not included in the price is pocket money.
