Working with clients

How we work with clients?

After You contact us we consecutively negotiate about our consensual obligations:

It is required complete collaboration and trust and creating a project group in the organization, which consists of responsible managers, sympathizing to the initiative. In reply our team provides help, consistent with the problems.

After we negotiate the stage "diagnostics" and the expenses for it, then report the results to the client and discuss the necessity of continuing the project.

If we reveal any problems it is negotiated the next stage – measures, which have to be made, the results, which have to be achieved, reports, which will be presented as feed-back, the way of financing.

This process repeats until the end of our common work. The client is not committed with large engagements, radical changes, expenses at once, and obtains an opportunity to convince himself in the necessity of continuing or suspending the project for organizational development.

What we leave behind?

It is our rule to support the customer even after the project is completed. Maintaining a relationship with our clients, provides them with assurance that they could always seek our help in case of emergencies, unexpected difficulties or just to protect the newly builded with common efforts. If there are consent and cooperation with clients, we can guarantee not only problem resolving and positive changes in their organizations, but to prepare qualified staff with new attitudes and motivation, who will be able to resolve organizational and developing problems.

The potential clients of the organizational development and consulting are:

  • Organization that have problems;
  • These, who are willing to reveal their reserves;
  • Clients, who wish to take advantage of unexpected favorable opportunity;
  • Foreseeing managers, who wish to be prepared for an upcoming future;
  • All who wish to maintain their organization up to date.
