NGB-CONSULTING is a company for organizing an intercultural exchange of students, recruitment of personnel for work in Bulgaria and abroad and consulting in the sphere of organizational development, management and human resources.

The areas of company activity ensure succession in the vital strategies of our clients for a long part of their life – starting from their student years through the Work&Travel programs, Internships, etc., passing by their realization in the labour market, and achieving to the help, which we provide them in problems resolution during their career development as managers. This idea is implemented in the company name “New Generation’s Business”.

Mission of the company is: “To meet together for common business people with potentialities and people with ideas, who otherwise would have never met each other.”

Regarding our clients the company realizes their primary significance not only as a source for benefits, but also like advertising faces, who spontaneously and actively inform the market for the profit of NGB’s “products”. Therefore our main goal is to research their necessities, to satisfy them in the best way we are able, to observe their consumption of our products, to help them in conflict situations, to comply with their caprices in accord with the motto “Client has always right!”, to convince and to hold them, if it is necessary, to look for them and to inform them for new, interesting opportunities, after we fulfil the respective service.
